2. For Android / PC users, our photo stick is plug and play. (Tips: only support Android phones with OTG function)
3. If you used iCloud before, you need to download files to your iPhone/iPad and then copy them to the iphone external storage.
Kindly note:
1. You cannot transfer or view media files downloaded from iTunes or other third-party applications. Because these files are protected by digital rights management.
2. After using the photo stick, please make sure to turn off the APP related to the iphone flash drive, and then unplug the lightning flash drive gently, so that the files in the thumb drive will not be damaged.
3. The recommended format is "exFAT". If the jump drive cannot transfer files, you can convert the USB flash drive to "exFAT" format through the computer. (Please save the file before formatting to avoid data loss)
