U-N-T (pronounced unity or unité) is a Toronto based rock band composed of three members. These members are Michel Scotta Delorme, Rick Smith and Marc-L Porter. They have recently released a new single.

And when it comes to the song the band have said, “their first single “Je M’enfuis” sets the mood of the song with the feeling of leaving everything behind, to forget all the sorrow in one’s life, when you’ve just had enough and need to get away.”

For me personally when it comes to the song, I really like the production and the instrument playing in the music. It’s very grungy and 90s, but you can hear influences from bands like Led Zeppelin or Black Sabbath, it’s a real interesting mix. In being honest, I was taken aback that there’s french in the music, but it’s actually pretty freshing.
