Back in August, I wrote about Palm Baker with his song, “L.A.” To rehash, Palm Baker is an up and coming artist from Toronto, The city where I’m from, so writing about an artist from my city is special. Now since writing about him, he’s released his “Faces” EP and recently dropped a video for a single from the tape called, “Cocktails.”

Like his song, “L.A” that I wrote about back in August, this song is gritty and grimy in a cool way, Toronto has this dark sound to it as a city and this song really embodies that.
