Two years ago, Brazil lost 7-1 to Germany. That made me so depressed, I needed to write about the game. I never had blogged before, I never wrote online before in that type of way, but I felt like I had to. Something inside of me was telling me I had to do it. So, I ended up making this blog and writing a piece called,“Brazil’s World Cup Review & Why Brazil is still one of the top teams in the world of Football.”

In the years since that piece, Brazil has continued to depress me, but today that all changed. Today for the first time in a long time, Brazil have made me genuinely happy. Because today, Brazil won it’s first ever gold medal at the olympics and the game winner came from Neymar. The same player who was injured in the 7-1 game. I love how life ends up like this.
