It was announced that Kanye West will be receiving the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award at the Video Music Awards this sunday. Now we know that he will be performing. Click here to find out the rest of the people who will be performing as well.

Update, this isn’t 100% confirmed yet, but by the looks of it, it’s essentially all possible. Justin Timberlake brought out NSYNC’ when he got his award, Kanye would likely bring all of these people out on Sunday for his award.

This translates into Kanye West will receive the Video Vanguard Award and do the final performance of the award show. So you’re going to have to wait until the end of the show to see his performance.

UPDATE

I guess Kanye opted to do a 13 minute speech instead of a performance.
